A standard delivery fee of R95 applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.   This applies to all areas of South Africa.  We do not accept cash on delivery.

Do I need a credit card to purchase?

No, you do not - while we do accept payments via credit card, we also accept instant EFT payments from most major banks in South Africa.

How much is delivery?

A standard delivery fee of R95 will be charged for each order. Free shipping will apply to orders over the value of R600. Please note we do not Accept cash on delivery.

JEWELLERY CARE

All Beautymogul jewellery is skilfully designed and expertly crafted using high-quality, long-lasting materials. To ensure your pieces remain as beautiful as the day you received them, please follow our care guidelines.

STAINLESS STEEL

Stainless steel is our preferred material due to its naturally high resistance to tarnishing and rusting. It is a durable steel alloy containing a minimum of 10.5% chromium and a maximum of 1.2% carbon.

• Durability: These products are water-resistant and highly durable.
• Tone: Please note that the natural colour tone of stainless steel is slightly darker than sterling silver.
• Best For: If you are looking for long-lasting, low-maintenance jewellery, stainless steel is your best choice.

STERLING SILVER

Silver is a precious and gentle metal. Because pure silver is too soft for intricate designs, it is mixed with other metals for strength. Our 925 Sterling Silver consists of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper.

• Storage: When not in use, we strongly recommend keeping silver pieces in a closed box away from direct light.
• Sensitivity: Silver exposed to air, moisture, and sunlight over time will naturally lose its luster. Please treat these pieces with extra care.

BRASS BASED

• Natural Aging: Brass products will naturally tarnish over time; this is a characteristic of the metal and not a manufacturing fault.
• Handling: These items are not resistant to water, moisture, or sweat. They require careful handling to maintain their finish.

TIPS FOR LONGER LASTING JEWELLERY

All plated jewellery (gold or silver plated) will eventually tarnish over time. To slow this process and keep your Beautymogul pieces looking brand new, follow these "Golden Rules":

• Chemical Avoidance: Keep your jewellery away from soaps, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
• The "Last On, First Off" Rule: Your jewellery should be the very last thing you put on when dressing and the first thing you take off at night.
• Keep it Dry: Always remove your jewellery before showering, swimming (pool or sea), or exercising.
• Beauty Sleep: Take your jewellery off before bed to prevent accidental snapping or snagging.
• Cleaning: Gently wipe your pieces with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove any oils or dust.
• Safe Keeping: Store your items in a cool, dry place—ideally in the packaging provided.
