HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Shopping with BeautyMogul is easy:

  1. Select the products you would like to purchase.

  2. Choose any available options or personalisation.

  3. Add the products to your cart.

  4. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.

  5. Select your preferred available payment method.

  6. Complete your order.

Please provide a complete physical delivery address. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Available payment options are shown securely at checkout and may include credit or debit card, PayPal and instant EFT. Cash on delivery is not available.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

A standard nationwide door-to-door delivery fee of R95 applies to South African orders. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders of R850 or more, unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Personalised and made-to-order products may require approximately 10–25 working days before dispatch. The expected processing time will be stated on the relevant product page.

Delivery times may be longer during promotional, sale and holiday periods.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Customer collection is not currently available. Orders are sent using our courier service.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

BeautyMogul offers nationwide door-to-door delivery within South Africa. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. International delivery is not currently available.

JEWELLERY CARE

Different materials and finishes require different levels of care. Please refer to the individual product description for the specific material used in your jewellery.

STAINLESS STEEL

Stainless steel is durable and naturally resistant to rust and tarnishing. To keep it looking its best, wipe it gently after wearing and store it in a cool, dry place.

STERLING SILVER

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish when exposed to air, moisture and chemicals. Store it in a closed, dry container and polish it carefully with an appropriate silver-polishing cloth.

PLATED JEWELLERY

Plated finishes may fade or tarnish over time depending on wear, skin chemistry and exposure to moisture or chemicals.

To extend the life of plated jewellery:

• Keep it away from perfume, lotion, soap and household chemicals.
• Remove it before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.
• Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
• Store pieces separately in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners and polishing products.

BRASS-BASED JEWELLERY

Brass may naturally darken or tarnish over time. Keep brass jewellery away from water, moisture, perfume and sweat, and store it in a dry place.

GENERAL CARE

Follow the “last on, first off” rule: put jewellery on after applying perfume and beauty products, and remove it first when undressing.

Handle chains, clasps, charms and delicate components gently. Normal wear, accidental damage and gradual changes to plated finishes are not considered manufacturing faults.
