SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Area

BeautyMogul offers nationwide door-to-door delivery within South Africa through our courier partners.

Please provide a complete and accurate physical delivery address, including any unit number, building name, business name or access instructions that may assist the courier. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Orders placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday will begin processing on the next working day.

Personalised and made-to-order products require additional preparation time and may take approximately 10–25 working days before dispatch. Where applicable, the estimated processing time will be stated on the product page.

Processing and delivery may take longer during sales, product launches and holiday periods.

Delivery Cost

A standard delivery fee of R95 applies to South African orders.

Free nationwide delivery applies to qualifying orders of R850 or more, unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Cash on delivery is not available.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery

Our courier service delivers to the address supplied at checkout. A parcel may be accepted and signed for by another person at that address, including reception, security, staff or a household member.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.

Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within the delivery period shown in your tracking information, please contact us at info@beautymogul.co.za or on 061 516 4707 so that we can assist with tracking your order.

Customer collection is not currently available.

International Delivery

BeautyMogul currently delivers within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time.
