Shipping policy

Your product will be shipped directly to the door of the address that you provide through our partner courier service.  Please ensure to give as much detail as possible to ensure delivery is quick and accurate. 

Delivery Time

We aim to ship orders within 2-4 working days. Any orders received  Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. (Holidays are not included and this period may vary during the sale and holiday periods.)

Personalised Products are not included in this period
This items are made to order and requires a 10-25 working days. + shipping time. This period may vary during the sale and holiday periods.

Once you receive a confirmation of your order from us - we work on getting your order packaged, shipped & delivered. 

You are constantly updated on the status of your order via email  & are sent a tracking number as soon as your package leaves us. If you shop on Beautymogul during a sale / promotional period / product launch, please be prepared for your delivery to take a little longer than expected. 

Cost

A standard delivery fee of R95 will be charged for each online order. Free shipping will apply to orders over the value of R600. Please note we do not Accept cash on delivery. 

*Beautymogul (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend delivery costs at any time. All changes will be disclosed here. 

I haven't received my order yet?

In the unlikely event that your delivery does not arrive within the estimated time frame of 6-8 working days, please drop us an email at info@beautymogul.co.za, so we can track your order. 

Our customer service team is available from Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.

Who Can Sign For My Parcel?

The service we offer is a door-to-door service. This means that the shipment is delivered to the address not the person - i.e. if the person is not available it can be left with anyone at that address e.g. security, staff, reception, etc. Please note that the recipient will need to sign for the parcel. 

Can I collect my order myself?

Unfortunately, we do not ship directly from our offices we use a third party warehouse that does not facilitate for customer collections. 

Do you deliver overseas / Where do you deliver?

We ship nationally within South Africa, excluding P.O Boxes. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
