RETURN & EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receipt. To start the process, please email us at info@beautymogul.co.za with your order number for instructions.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition in their original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Please do not send items back outside of the 14-day window, as they will be refused.
  • Courier Fees: We do not offer free return labels. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized & Custom Orders: Products made specifically for you are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on these items.
  • Hygiene Items: For health and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned.
  • Sale Items: All purchases of sale items are final.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in original, resaleable condition.
  • The customer is responsible for the courier fee to send the item back to us.
  • Damaged Items: If an item shows signs of wear or accidental damage by the customer, we cannot accept it for exchange.

Faulty Goods

Every Beautymogul order is carefully checked before being lovingly packaged. If your item is faulty or was damaged during transit:

  1. Please contact us immediately at info@beautymogul.co.za.
  2. Include a clear photo of the damage/fault in your email.
  3. Deadline: You must report this within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. After 24 hours, any damage is considered "misuse by the buyer" and cannot be replaced or refunded.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Payment: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please reach out to us.

Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the courier could not locate you, could not find a safe place to leave it, or the address provided was incorrect:

  • We will issue a refund for the item total only.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • If you still wish to receive the items, a new order must be placed with the correct shipping details.
